How to take care of Stretched Ears

There are different ways of attending to your stretched ears. Everyone does it a little bit differently. This is only my method. For the 1st probably week after My spouse and i stretch my ears, I make an effort to leave them alone. Just leave your ears your hell alone, and allow them heal.

At here, I also like to start putting Coconut oil on my ears maybe once or twice a week, as well as doing as much as maybe a 3 instant massage. People say that they do them for lengthier, but honestly, I get bored too easily and would like to leave my ears by itself. Once my ears get completely healed, or once it's been about three weeks considering that I've stretched, I'll begin taking them out when My spouse and i shower.
